March for Life Bicol
The Family Ministry of the Archdiocese of Caceres spearheaded the March for Life Bicol 2018 last March 10, 2018. Ms. Rosa Linda Valenzona (ECFL - Consultant), gave a talk at the Peñafrancia Parish Shrine.
